This policy explains what personal information Boneless Grills, LLC collects through www.bonelessgrills.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version: this website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you type into a form and send us on purpose.

What we collect, and when
When you send us a message
The contact forms on the Contact, Commercial Smokers and Rifle Smoker pages ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. We use this only to answer you.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
The newsletter form asks for your name and email address, and we use them only to send you occasional news about our products. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you by writing to [email protected].
Automatically, when you visit
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
- We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
Who else handles your data
Two third parties are involved in running this site:

We deliberately host our own fonts rather than loading them from Google, so visiting this site does not send your IP address to Google.
Where your data is processed
Boneless Grills, LLC is based in the United States, and the services above may process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you write to us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact forms stay in our email for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep a record of it. Newsletter addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it, if it is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose, such as the newsletter.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you specific rights to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights, and you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site collects or who processes it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
